European Public Prosecutor’s Office in Rome has ordered seizure of assets in investigation into alleged subsidy fraud in Sardinia

22/01/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 22 January, the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) announced that, at its request, the judge in charge of preliminary investigations at the Tempio Pausania court in Rome (Italy) had ordered the seizure of €94,000 as part of an investigation into alleged fraud involving European and national funds.
