The experts and permanent representatives of the Member States on the Council of the European Union are working hard to find a solution to support Ukraine to the tune of €90 billion for 2026 and 2027 (two-thirds of the requirements estimated by the IMF), with a political decision not expected before the European Council on 18 and 19 December.
