European Parliament validates interinstitutional agreement on ‘mini-omnibus’ of legislative amendments

16/12/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 16 December, MEPs adopted by 519 votes to 119, with 25 abstentions, the text of the institutional agreement reached between European Parliament negotiators and the Danish Presidency of the EU Council on the night of 5-6 November on a ‘mini omnibus’ on defence (see EUROPE B13747A18).
