Progress in energy efficiency set to fall below 1% in EU in 2025, according to the IEA

Although the global rate of energy efficiency is set to improve by 1.8% in 2025 - up from around 1% in 2024 - according to a new report by the International Energy Agency (IEA) published on Thursday 20 November, progress is expected to fall below 1% in the EU and the United States.
