Ahead of the Franco-German Summit on European Technological Sovereignty, to be held in Berlin on Tuesday 18 November, France and Germany plan to present a united front on a number of European legislative issues, starting with the legislative simplification package, due to be presented on Wednesday 19 (see EUROPE B13747A1). And in so doing, to try to bridge some major differences between the two capitals.
