17/11/25 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 13 November, the European Commission launched a public consultation on the future Charter future Charter of access for industrial users to research and technology infrastructures. This Charter, which is expected to be presented in 2026, follows on from the strategy to promote start-ups and scale-ups (see EUROPE 13720/13) and that relating to research and technology infrastructures (see EUROPE 13718/13). It aims to improve access to infrastructure through six principles: - increased visibility and availability of services; - transparency and quality of services; - simplification of procedures; - safe intellectual property management; - priority to EU companies; - cooperation between infrastructures and access to data. Stakeholders are invited to give their views on the design and content of the Charter by Wednesday 10 December. See the consultation: https://aeur.eu/f/jh2 (AD)
