EU welcomes signing of “Framework Agreement for Peace” between Kinshasa and ‘M23’

17/11/25 (Agence Europe) – On Sunday 16 November, the spokesperson for the European External Action Service, Anouar El Anouni, welcomed the signing of the Framework Agreement for Peace in Doha (Qatar) by the Congolese authorities and the ‘Congo River Alliance/March 23 Movement’, aimed at bringing about a cessation of hostilities in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
