Donohoe and Dombrovskis notice higher-than-expected growth figures for euro area

13/11/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 12 November, Eurogroup President Paschal Donohoe and European Commissioner for Economy Valdis Dombrovskis highlighted the strength of the euro area economy, with growth figures that are “higher than expected”. Mr Dombrovskis advocated for diversifying trade and said that there was an urgent need to strengthen economic competitiveness by deepening the internal market.
