Baltic and Nordic countries announce $500 million contribution to PURL initiative

13/11/25 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 13 November, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden announced that they would finance a $500 million programme of defence equipment for Ukraine sourced from the United States, as part of NATO’s PURL (Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List) initiative.
