30/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 30 October, the European Commission proposed to mobilise €8.5 million from the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund for displaced workers (EGF) to help 5,800 employees made redundant following the bankruptcy of battery manufacturer Northvolt in Sweden, according to a press release.
