Revised EU-Morocco Association Agreement provisionally entered into force on 3 October

06/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – Following the green light from the EU Member States (see EUROPE B13721A15), the Association Agreement between the EU and Morocco, in its revised form, entered into force provisionally on 3 October. A ruling by the Court of Justice of the EU (CJEU) annulled the initial agreement on 4 October 2024, with effect delayed by one year (see EUROPE B13497A12).
