European Commission consults on draft decision considering affordable housing to be ‘service of general economic interest’ in EU

On Friday 3 October, the European Commission submitted for stakeholder consultation a draft amendment to Decision (2012/21) governing State aid granted to undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest (SGEIs) in the European Union, the result of a previous consultation (see EUROPE B13654A22).
