Securitisation, consolidated band, ‘T+1’... EU and UK reaffirm their desire to cooperate on regulatory developments

In a policy paper published on Thursday 2 October, the European Union and the United Kingdom reiterated the importance of a “strong and structured dialogue” to advance cooperation on financial services and regulation. This publication followed the fourth meeting of the ‘Joint EU-UK Financial Regulatory Forum’, held the previous day in Brussels.
