European Commissioner Piotr Serafin praises solidity and appeal of EU bonds

At the seventh edition of the Capital Markets Seminar – co-organised on Thursday 2 October in Luxembourg by the European Commission, the European Investment Bank and the European Stability Mechanism – the Commissioner for Budget, Anti-Fraud and Public Administration Piotr Serafin, pointed out that the European Union is now one of the main bond issuers.
