General Court of EU again annuls decision of European Energy Regulators’ Authority ACER

Supported by Germany, the German electricity network regulator (BNetzA) is challenging, for the second time, a decision of the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) concerning the methodology for calculating the day-ahead and intraday cross-zonal capacity within the CORE region comprising thirteen Member States (joined cases T-600/23 and T-612/23).
