European Council to hold unprecedented discussion on EU housing crisis at end of October

On Tuesday 30 September, the President of the European Council, António Costa, announced that the Heads of State or Government of the countries of the European Union would be discussing the housing crisis in the EU “for the first time” at the European Summit on 23 and 24 October.
