23/09/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 22 September, the EU Council removed six persons from the list of persons subject to restrictive measures. They are military officers from Guinea-Bissau who were involved in the coup d’état on 12 April 2012. A month after the coup d’état, the EU adopted a sanctions regime against certain persons, entities and organisations threatening the peace, security or stability of this West African country.
