EU and South Korea call on Pyongyang to end military cooperation with Russia

At their strategic dialogue (see other news) on Monday 4 November, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, and the South Korean Foreign Minister, Cho Tae-yul, jointly condemned the “continued unlawful” arms transfers from the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) to Russia and the deployment of DPRK special forces in Russia in support of its war of aggression in Ukraine (see EUROPE B13515A31).
