EIC publishes revised guidelines for beneficiaries of its Horizon Europe investment fund

30/04/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 April, the European Innovation Council (EIC) announced that it had published a new set of investment guidelines for the Horizon Europe component of the EIC Fund. These guidelines provide detailed information on the investment process for applicants and companies selected under Horizon Europe, as well as for potential co-investors. The EIC points out that, compared with the previous version, the guidelines contain an updated definition of a qualified investor, an updated description of possible investment scenarios and new clauses concerning follow-on investments and exits from the EIC fund.
