13/11/2023 (Agence Europe) – The interinstitutional negotiators will meet again in the afternoon of Tuesday 14 November to discuss the revision of the regulation on the development of the trans-European transport network (TEN-T). According to our information, this fourth meeting (trilogue) will focus on Chapter III, which deals with specific provisions. These include provisions relating to rail infrastructure, inland waterway infrastructure, maritime, road and air transport, multimodal freight terminals and urban nodes. A fifth meeting is already scheduled for Saturday 18 November, which may well be conclusive. At the last meeting in October, military mobility and the budget for the trans-European transport network were blocked (see EUROPE 13263/16). Technical meetings have been held in the meantime, to resolve the issue. (AD)
