Partial political agreement in EU Council on 2021-2027 pre-accession instrument

On Tuesday 19 March, the EU Council approved a partial general approach regarding the draft Regulation establishing the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III) for the period 2021-2027, which was presented by the Commission in June.
