19/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - The Court has found against Luxembourg for incorrect transposition of directive 96/71/EC on the posting of workers. The Luxembourg law of 20 December 2002 requires companies based in another member state to nominate an ad hoc trustee resident in Luxembourg to be able to post workers.
