19/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 17 June, the European Parliament passed the report by Bulgarian Liberal MEP Mariela Velmichkova Baeva approving Bulgaria's and Romania's accession to Convention 90/436/EEC on the elimination of double taxation in connection with adjustments of profits of associated enterprises. This convention sets up an arbitration process that allows companies to ask for a check to be made on the adjustment of profits of associated enterprises. (M.B./transl.rt)
