19/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 17 June, the European Commission approved the proposed acquisition of sole control of CPS Color Group Oy (CPS) of Finland by Nordic Capital Fund VI (Nordic Capital) of the UK by way of purchase of shares. Nordic Capital is a private equity company. CPS produces integrated tinting systems. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (O.L./transl.rt)
