Concerned about fate of opposition figure, Benita Ferrero-Waldner stresses criteria for closer EU-Ukraine links

Brussels, 12/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner, issued a press release on 13 November, explaining: 'I am concerned by reports of Mr Dimitri Dachkevich being fined by the Belarus court for refusing to testify in a case against a fellow member of an NGO, Mr Ivan Shilo.
