NGOs say IPCC report for 17 November should provide spur to robust political action and the height of alarming predictions

Brussels, 12/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The intergovernmental panel on climate change (IPCC) will be looking at the Nobel Peace Prize 2007 in Valencia (Spain) this week. The panel is due to present a synthesis report on 17 November about scientific findings and climate change, as well as possible solutions (EUROPE 9420, 9403).
