Strasbourg, 12/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Europe's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Europe (CLRAE) will be holding its autumn meeting in Strasbourg on 19-21 November 2007. On Tuesday 20 November, the two congress chambers will meet in parallel.
