Olli Rehn insists European Union's integration capacity should be taken into account in enlargement strategy

Brussels, 22/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - “The current enlargement strategy (…) must be combined with further ways and means to ensure our capacity to integrate new members”, said Olli Rehn on Tuesday when speaking before the EP Committee on Foreign Affairs. He recalled the need to ensure that the EU's integration capacity is taken into consideration in the debate on future enlargements.
