Brussels, 22/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the Bulgarian minister for energy indicated that the Commission had given the green light for a Euratom loan of €300 million to fund part of the project for building a new nuclear plant in Bulgaria, whose costs are mounting to €3.99bn.
