Ferrero-Waldner wants to expand energy community to ENP countries and create fund for co-financing energy infrastructure investment in these countries

Brussels, 22/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - In her conclusions on Tuesday of the work of the external energy forum (EUROPE 9310 and 9311), Benita Ferrero-Waldner declared her intention to work for extending the Energy Community, as laid down in a treaty, and which entered into force on 1 July to cover 8 countries in South East Europe and the UN's Kosovo Interim Administration (EUROPE 9309) to European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) and Norway.
