Brussels, 22/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - After launching negotiations on a trade and cooperation agreement with the EU (EUROPE 9310) in Brussels on Monday, with Commissioners Ferrero-Waldner and Mandelson, the Deputy Prime Minister of Iraq, Barham Salih, called on Tuesday for the international community to be more actively involved in favour of his country.
