Brussels, 12/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - At the meeting of the European Parliament's EPP-ED group Bureau in Split on 11 May (see EUROPE 9190), the chairman of the Parliamentary foreign affairs committee Elmar Brok said that the European constitution could strengthen the EU accession perspectives of countries like Croatia. He also gave assurances that Croatia was part of the ongoing enlargement, and not part of a future enlargement round including other countries that might not be ready to join...
