Innsbruck, 12/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - Unveiled and officially signed by local and regional leaders from across the European Union meeting for a congress in Innsbruck (Austria) on 12 May (see Europe 9174), the 'European Charter for Equality of Women and Men in Local Life' is a charter of ideas and measures to be introduced to achieve greater sexual equality.
