Trial of Bulgarian nurses and Palestinian doctor postponed until 13 June

Tripoli, 12/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - The trial of the five Bulgarian nurses and the Palestinian doctor accused of knowingly infecting 426 children with the HIV virus in a Benghazi hospital has been adjourned by the Benghazi criminal court until 13 June (see EUROPE 9190). The Libyan press agency, Jana, says the decision to adjourn was “taken to complete formalities”.
