Brussels, 12/05/2006 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Vienna on Friday for the 4th EU-Latin America and Caribbean Summit, the heads of state and government of the 25 EU Member States and 33 Latin American countries were expected to adopt a joint statement, agreed the previous day by Foreign Ministers, strengthening the bi-regional strategic partnership, human rights and the environment, while working together to fight drugs and poverty. “We need a fresh impetus that will encourage a more...
