Luxembourg, 19/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - Germany and two private broadcasters, FAB Fernsehen aus Berlin and Medienanstalt Berlin-Brandenburg, are calling on the European Court of First Instance to cancel the European Commission's decision of 9 November 2005 which considers as illegal any State aid to broadcasters participating in hertzian digital television in the Land of Berlin-Brandenburg.
