19/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Estonian Parliament is to ratify the draft European Constitution in May. This decision was taken by leaders of the three parties of the governmental coalition in power in Tallin, which holds a sufficient majority within the Parliament. This will make the Baltic country the 15th Member State to have ratified the text.
