Brussels, 19/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The ministers for research of the European Union will be meeting in Graz, Austria, from Thursday evening, for the informal meeting of the Competitiveness Council. The work will not start until Friday morning, with a detailed look at the seventh framework programme for research and development.
