French property group NEXITY (2005 turnover 1.58 billion euro) has taken over CENTURY 21, French sector leader, by buying 30.3% held by the investment fund 21 CENTURY PARTNERS and part of the capital held by the president of CENTURY 21. This transaction means NEXITY becomes France's major property franchise operator with a network of 1280 agencies and an annual turnover of 25.7 million euro - 10% of the French market.
