Czech group ORCO PROPERTY, which specialises in the Eastern European property market has bought German company VITERRA DEVELOPMENT (German group VITERRA, former property subsidiary of energy group E.ON) for 100 million euro. This transaction will increase ORCO's turnover by 60 to 80 million euro annually and will bring it 130 million euro in liquid assets by 2009. Before the acquisition, the group expected a turnover of 90 million euro for 2006.
