French group DANONE will increase its stake in SHANGHAI BRIGHT DAIRY, one of China's major dairy producers, to 20% from its current 9.7%, for 358 million yuans. This transaction should allow DANONE to double its current turnover in China, projected to reach 15% of its overall turnover by 2015.
