19/04/2006 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance to the acquisition of sole control of Center Parcs UK Group, which owns and operates four residential holiday villages and one spa in the UK, by the Blackstone Group. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
