Viviane Reding says pay-as-you-go should help promote European broadcasting

Beaune, 24/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The review of the Television Without Frontiers (TWF) Directive will not unravel standards but build on old foundations to strengthen principles, with the aim of creating an effective legal framework to take account of technology convergence.
