Negotiations to resume on Tuesday in Abu Dhabi - Kuwaiti ambassador optimistic

Brussels, 24/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The negotiations for a free trade agreement between the EU and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will resume on Tuesday 25 October in Abu Dhabi and hopes of a conclusion are riding high on both sides. The majority of chapters have already been concluded, and there are only a few points on the liberalisation of services remaining, said the Kuwaiti ambassador in Brussels.
