Brussels, 24/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Luxembourg on Monday, the EU's fishing ministers had no problem reaching agreement on measures to reconstitute Southern Hake and Northern Lobster stocks in the Cantabrian Sea and west Spain and Portugal, where over-fishing has led to them almost dying out.
