Brussels, 24/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - French President Jacques Chirac and Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero are due to present a “joint initiative for a global response plan on immigration” on Thursday at the informal European Council at Hampton Court.
