Spain takes action against alleged fraud by dairy exporters to Ceuta and Melilla

Luxembourg, 17/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Spanish government has asked the European Court of First Instance to review Commission Regulation (EC) No 909/2005 of 16 June 2005 fixing the export refunds on milk and milk products, in so far as it excludes Ceuta and Melilla as destinations qualifying for export refunds for milk products in general (they are only included in an annex, thereby excluding them). The Spanish government argues that there is no justification for the contested measure...
