Luxembourg, 17/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice do nothing to help Attila Vajnai, vice-president of the Hungarian Workers' Party, who was sued for having worn a range of five-point red star, which was described as an emblem of totalitarianism and the wearing of which is forbidden by law. The Court said that it was not competent to answer the Court of Budapest's question: criminal law does not come within the framework of Community law, it indicated.
