Luxembourg, 10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The judges of the European Civil Service Tribunal, who took their oaths last week (see EUROPE 9040), have appointed as their president Paul Mahoney, the former clerk of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
