10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Without debate on 6 October, the EU Council of Ministers adopted a decision updating the Community's financial contribution to Member States' expenditure in collecting data concerning the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP), (see Europe 8800). The budget for this is EUR 164.5 mil for 2001-2006 (EUR 30 million in 2004, EUR 39.4 mil in 2005 and EUR 39.4 mil in 2006).
